The Westbourne Academy can arrange accommodation for students who take courses at the school.

Host families are selected for their friendliness as well as their experience in taking care of foreign visitors. After the initial inspection by our Accommodation Officer they are regularly reinspected by the school.

The well being of all our students is a prime consideration of the Westbourne Academy. To this end, there is a full time welfare officer available to give advice and help on matters concerning the students' stay in England.

Your host family may offer to wash your clothes for you and if they do they might make a small charge for this. There is a laundry room at Westbourne Academy for student use. The cost of this is £4.00 per wash.

Students under 16 : Laundry facilities are inclusive. Under 16s will have their laundry done by the host family or the school.

Accommodation Fees 2013

January to mid - June (5/1/13 - 22/6/13) and September to December (2/9/13 - 21/12/13)

£100.00 per week, single room

Mid - June to end of August (22/6/13 - 31/8/13)
£121.00 per week, single room
£104.00 per week, twin room (sharing with another student)

£130.00 per week, single room (21/12/13 to 04/01/14)

Accommodation is part board Monday to Friday,with the addition of snack lunches Saturday and Sunday. Hot and cold meals are available in the school restaurant during the week.
